About Us

Owner Bob Walter began his career right here as a graduate of
Northwestern High School and Erie County Vo-Tech. Additionally, he is a graduate from Erie Institute of Technology with a degree in Electronics and Tri State Bus Institute with a diploma in HVAC. Bob’s experience in mechanical services over the last 15 years have covered many aspects of home maintenance. From practical experience as a service technician, to an understanding of the cost of materials as a wholesale sales associate, and persistent review and further education as an HVAC instructor; Bob has the knowledge and experience to help you.
